The Weisbeck family hosted their annual production sale on a sunny April Spring day. A good group of cattle producers gathered at Herreid Livestock for the sale. The Weisbecks' offer a nice group of performance and calving ease Red Angus bulls. They also sold an outstanding set of both Registered and commercial open heifers. The volume heifer buyer was Jerry Kaup, Hoven, SD.
Arnold Ranches, McIntosh, SD took home a pair of top selling bulls. First for $9,250 was SWSY 672Y High Noon, an April 7, 2011 son of Bieber High Noon T240. Then for $6,250 was SWSY 569Y High Noon another son of Bieber High Noon T240 who was born on March 20, 2011.
The Double D Ranch, Herreid, SD also bought a couple top selling bulls. Bringing $6,750 was SWSY 77Y High Noon yet another son of Bieber High Noon T240 who was born on March 21, 2011. Then for $5,750 was SWSY 707Y 832 Power Source a March 29, 2011 son of SWS9-832-B Power Suorce.
Beck Farms, Inc., Artas, SD paid $5,500 for SWSY 107Y Sakic. He is an April 4, 2011 son of K Bar C Sakic 805.
